We are thrilled to welcome you to the IEEE GreenTech, Sustainability, & Net Zero Policies & Practices Symposium. As a premier event for exchanging ideas, advancing research, and discussing the latest developments in the field of green tech. The symposium provides a unique networking opportunity with leading experts, policymakers, industry professionals, administrators, practitioners, researchers, innovators and users. The experts will be shedding light on the latest cutting-edge research and innovations, and adoption of sustainable solutions for the Net Zero vision articulated at the Conference Of the Parties (COP) under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.

Special Attendance Certificate

Certificate of Attendance will be issued for attending the conference activities, taking place between December 7th and December 8th, 2023, at Holiday Inn Dubai Festival City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Attendance Certificates are verified from IEEE and IEEE GTSNZ Organizing Committee.

A Value Added Tax (VAT) of 5% will be added to the registration fees during checkout. This tax is mandated by the UAE government.

  • The symposium is planned at Expo City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from December 7 to December 8, 2023, as a part of COP28.

Cancellation Policy

  • To cancel your registration, please notify the symposium secretary in writing to saraabouibrahim@gtsnz.org.
  • Refunds will be made if the cancellation of the conference registration occurs by December 1, 2023, with an administration cost of US$50.
  • No refunds will be made after December 1, 2023, or for no-shows.
  • All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the symposium.
