Important Notes
- The symposium is planned at Holiday Inn Dubai Festival City, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, from December 7 to December 8, 2023, as a part of COP28.
- One author must register as a full IEEE or Non-IEEE author registration through GTSNZ Website.
- One full author registration covers up to two papers only.

Cancellation Policy
- To cancel your registration, please notify the symposium secretary in writing to saraabouibrahim@gtsnz.org.
- Refunds will be made if the cancellation of the conference registration occurs by December 1, 2023, with an administration cost of US$50.
- No refunds will be made after December 1, 2023, or for no-shows.
- All refunds will be issued within 30 days after the symposium.
